These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ZS999G ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ZS999G website accessible at https://zs999g.cam and all associated services, features and content offered therein.

ZS999G is an online gambling and sports betting platform designed to serve players who wish to engage in sports betting, live casino gaming, slot games, esports wagering and related gambling activities. The Platform is directed at adults who understand and accept the financial risks associated with gambling.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and ZS999G.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Account" The registered user profile created by a Player on the ZS999G Platform, through which they access betting markets, casino games and the cashier.
• "Balance" The total PKR value of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, as displayed in the cashier dashboard.
• "Bonus Funds" Promotional credits awarded by the Platform subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms of the applicable promotion.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under responsible operation standards, including submission of valid government-issued identification such as a CNIC or passport.
• "Platform" / "Site" The ZS999G website at https://zs999g.cam, including all pages, services, games, betting markets and content accessible through it.
• "Real-Money Funds" Funds deposited by the Player from their own financial accounts, as distinct from Bonus Funds granted by the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" The total aggregate bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x, 30x).
• "Self-Exclusion" A voluntary restriction mechanism through which a Player requests that their Account access be suspended for a defined or indefinite period.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise accessing any feature of the ZS999G Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any amendments published from time to time in accordance with Section 15.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an Account on ZS999G, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's license jurisdiction or the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual (natural person) acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
3. You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or cooling-off programme that prohibits your access to online gambling services.
4. You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent or contractor of ZS999G or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries or associated entities.
5. You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You acknowledge that gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with applicable local laws before accessing the Platform.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on ZS999G. The creation of duplicate, multiple or fraudulent Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and contact number. You undertake to keep this information updated and to notify us promptly of any changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or authentication codes with any third party. ZS999G will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

ZS999G operates Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures as part of its responsible operation standards. All Players are required to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.

Verification typically requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Pakistani CNIC, passport or driver's licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot or statement from Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account).

ZS999G reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

All Account balances, deposits and transactions on ZS999G are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change at the operator's discretion.

The following payment methods may be referenced as familiar Pakistani payment rails, subject to their availability in the current cashier:

• Mobile Wallets: Easypaisa and JazzCash, where supported by the operator's cashier and the provider's own terms.
• Instant Payment: Raast-enabled bank accounts, subject to SBP regulations and individual bank compatibility.
• Bank Transfer: Transfers from accounts held at HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other Pakistani banks, subject to individual bank policies.

ZS999G does not claim endorsement, affiliation, approval or support for gambling transactions from Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other financial institution. Availability of any payment method depends on current operator configuration and provider terms.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. ZS999G reserves the right to reverse any deposit and close any Account where a third-party funding source is identified.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must have completed KYC verification to the required level before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified method in your name.
3. Active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied before the corresponding funds are eligible for withdrawal.
4. Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
5. Processing windows vary depending on the payment method, applicable compliance review and the operator's internal processing schedule. ZS999G does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.

ZS999G reserves the right to conduct additional security and compliance checks before processing any withdrawal. Where a check is underway, processing may be paused for a reasonable period.

All bonuses, promotional offers and free bet awards offered by ZS999G are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in the promotion details.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: Placing bets exceeding the stated per-bet maximum (typically PKR 500–1,000 or as specified) while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are stated in the bonus terms for each game category.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry a validity period. Bonuses not fully wagered within the stated period are automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: ZS999G reserves the right to cancel any bonus and suspend any Account where bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage or systematic exploitation is suspected.

All PKR amounts used in bonus examples on this Platform (including PKR 1,000, PKR 5,000, PKR 25,000 figures referenced elsewhere) are illustrative only unless expressly stated as current live offer amounts.

By placing any bet or wagering on any game on the ZS999G Platform you acknowledge the following:

• All bets are placed voluntarily and at your own risk. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or reversed except in circumstances expressly provided for under the applicable sport or game rules.
• Odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault or data feed failure that materially affects the outcome or display of a bet, ZS999G reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to your Account.
• ZS999G covers a range of sports markets including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football and UFC. Live betting markets are subject to rapid odds movement. Players are responsible for confirming final odds before bet confirmation.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer processes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are indicative long-run theoretical figures and do not guarantee individual session returns.

ZS999G is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all registered Players through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control the amount of money entering your Account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are willing to sustain over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic session termination after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or indefinite suspension of your Account if you believe gambling is causing you harm.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ZS999G Platform:

• Registration or use of the Platform by any person under the minimum required age.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Creating more than one Account (whether under the same or different identifying information).
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, delays or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software (bots, scripts or other automated tools) to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Facilitating access to the Platform for any third party, including acting as an agent for undisclosed third-party players.
• Any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or negatively affects other users' experience.

ZS999G reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit any balance held in such Accounts and report such activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

All content on the ZS999G Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software code, game interfaces, data compilations and structural design — is the exclusive property of ZS999G or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of ZS999G.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZS999G and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to access, the Platform or any service offered therein.
• Any technical failure, system downtime, data transmission error or Internet connectivity issue beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity conducted on the Platform, including losses attributable to unfavourable game or betting outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform, including odds, game statistics or promotional material.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by ZS999G's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ZS999G reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where reasonably practicable, registered Players will be notified of material changes via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued access to or use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator holds its licence. Players acknowledge that the applicable governing law may differ from the laws of their own country of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to seek resolution through the Platform's internal complaint procedure in the first instance. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the dispute may be referred to an independent adjudicator or arbitration body as designated by the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

This clause does not limit any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your own jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded.
